Have you ever subscribed for GOTV, DSTV package on Dataway and your decoder couldn’t activate automatically as expected?

If yes, here’s  the possible causes;

1) You may have subscribed to a TV package lower than your current plan:

For Instance, if you subscribed for Gotv super of N5,500 in the previous month and decided to

subscribe to Gotv jolly this month, your TV decoder package will not be activated.

2) The TV package in your decoder haven’t been upgraded or downgraded

3) The balance in your TV account is less than the amount required for activation.

Here’s How to easily resolve this issue;

For Gotv users, download myGotv app from the playstore then login using your

IUC number and registered phone number.

Once logged in, click on CHANGE below the app.

Then click on your current Package beside your IUC number.

You will see details of your current package including the status.

To upgrade or downgrade your package, click on Change Package Now

Then select your preferred package and click Next button to complete the package switch.

For DSTV users, download myDstv app from the playstore and follow the steps above.
