Real Madrid midfielder, Toni Kroos, has admitted that he would have liked to play under Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp, one day.

Kroos said this ahead of Real Madrid’s UEFA Champions League final with Liverpool on May 28 in Paris.

The Germany international said he has great respect for Klopp, adding that he is successful.

He highlighted Klopp’s work with Borussia Dortmund and now Liverpool while divulging his respect for him.

“I would have liked to play under Klopp one day, for sure,” Kroos said in an interview with BILD (via Madrid Zone).

He added: “Klopp’s work at Dortmund was incredible. He built a world class team at Liverpool. He’s successful and his style is great. I have nothing but respect for him.”
